I was most thrilled to read a message from an old friend of mine from my time in Massachusetts going through Monument Valley Middle School, Anson Olds. He and I had been very close friends, bonding over cartoons, band, and video games like the then-almost-released Nintendo Revolution (or Wii as it ended up being called), drawing, music, and the like.
To my delight, he has grown to not only create his own music, but regularly lead orchestras with the music he writes! He had asked me to create an illustration that would serve as the page covers for his new sheet music.
